what should I do if the vice principal of my school has special needs?

For example, teaching blind or deaf learners

Look, I'm all for inclusion and an inclusivity policy, but everyone's gotta have boundaries if ya know what I mean. It's one thing if the students are sitting there in their own little world not understanding their surroundings, but I think my vice prinicpal might be a few bricks short of a load if ya know what I mean. every day it's a new silly idea that she gets carried away with. dunno what her problem is. last yeat she anounced that we were cancelling standardized tests that students need to get into college which is a really big deal if ya know what I mean and then this year theyre back on. what's up with that? she can't keep her thoughts straight if ya know what I mean. when she gives presentations she cant keep a coherent thought in her head if ya know what I mean and she just rambles on and on about how great the non teaching staff are and then throws the teaching staff under the bus if ya know what I mean. not really sure what's on her mind.
