Hi everyone! I am going to start pure barre teacher training (virtually) next week. Any tips would be helpful! ❤️

I have some suggestion for you but the first one depends on your convenience and needs...
1 - Wait another 2 weeks when in person classes should be restored

4. Record your classes in case you later forget and need to refresh your memory
5. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you are unsure about anything.
