TEFL COURSE ASSESSMENT PROBLEMS

I am writing this to see if other people have had these problems with TEFL training providers. With 2 different providers I have noticed a strategy to delay assessments, to send assignments back for small inconsequential issues without marking them, causing delays, even when you request expedited marking because if a deadline approaching and the provider having delayed assessing the first assignment. Two extensions have already been paid for and another one cannot be funded.
What are the experiences of others with this? It is curious that two providers appear to be using the same strategy. Also, some feedback had just been plain wrong showing that the assignment documents were not properly read. :?: :?: :?: :W:
