Sent out detailed resume and photo to recruiters (eslcafe)

Hey there,
I've been naively sending out a detailed resume (with full name, address, email and phone number) and photo to recruiters (china, korea, japan) on eslcafe. Ive just come across scam warnings on this site and a lightbulb's just gone off in my head in regards to the severity of the issue.
Question: now that ive sent my resume, what do you recommend I do as a safeguard to protect my identity? Notify the bank for example? No banking details have been submitted, no passports provided either.
Furthermore, it seems 90% of adverts are from recruiters. I don't buy that they're all fake. So if I create a less detailed resume and do not send excessive info, I should be fine? Or am I missing something.
Many thanks for your help and with anyone helping to inform/fight against this.
