teaching the IELTS reading section

Hi, I am looking at a sample of the IELTS reading section. There is a part where the correct heading must be chosen for each paragraph. I also have the answers to this part, and the answers do not make sense to me at all. I am looking for a resource that explains this activity and justifies the answers. thanx
