Hello there,
I am conducting research for an MA in TESOL and would really appreciate some help with collecting my data.
It is about professional development and training for online teachers. If you have experience teaching online and have around 10-15 minutes spare, I would love it if you could complete my questionnaire. All data collected is anonymous.

With the rapid shift to online education, it's fascinating to consider how professional development for online teachers needs to evolve. Traditionally, teacher training has focused heavily on in-person classroom management, but online teaching brings a unique set of challenges and opportunities. One area that stands out is the need for teachers to not only be tech-savvy but also to develop skills for creating engaging, interactive online environments that maintain student motivation and participation.
In addition to technical training, there seems to be a gap in support for developing soft skills, such as building rapport virtually, understanding the nuances of asynchronous communication, and managing online assessments. I'm curious to hear others' thoughts: What do you think should be prioritized in professional development programs for online teachers?
