What is the courseware level? Are you looking at B1/B2 or higher? In the past I used to use Market Leader a lot. Then created my own business English classes from A2-B2.
Also, I created a free video series on Youtube to help students and teachers in job interview mock up sessions. Maybe this could help you with some ideas. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. WIll be glad to help.
