Gamesbank Project

Unread post by Gamesbank »

We are compiling the ultimate database of ESL Games for children in our project called Gamesbank, with more than 10,000 games searchable by;
• Topic
• Grammar function
• Age
• Group size
• Energy Level (action or subdued)
• Nature of the game (cooperative or competitive )
• Group / Pair work
• Language aim (speaking, listening, reading or writing)
• Etc…

With the click of a mouse, the precise games you are looking for are listed with detailed explanations on how to play, preparation, variations and much more. It is an incredible time-saver and a comprehensive resource for teachers that hasn’t existed until now.

Some of our team are producing the games, others are building the Web-ready Gamesbank website and finally we need K-12 ESL Teachers to categorise and ‘polish’ the games to prepare them for publication.

If you have ample experience in the Young Learner’s classroom teaching ESL/EFL and would like to be a part of our team, please contact us via email. In exchange for your contribution to the project you would get free access to the entire database for your lesson planning whilst you are working on the project and for a period afterwards, something that only the teachers within our organisation have access to.

Please write to us at lippypost@gmail.com regarding your background in ESL teaching to children and we will explain the Gamesbank project in detail. Thank you for your interest in this innovative project and we look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Jonathan
