Online Masters Degree with Teaching License?

I'm a teacher looking to become qualified and also earn a masters degree (in math or math education). I'm an American, but I'm not sure if it's cheaper/easier to do it from a program based in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc. It needs to be 100% online though, as I'll probably be traveling between countries during that time. Hoping to pay about $10-15k or less. Does anybody know any programs out there? Thanks!
