What do you do when you catch a student cheating on a test?

Do you embarrass them or just rip up their test paper or ??? I am looking for a way that provides a deterrent example for the entire class. Thanks

Its a tough process actually that requires the teacher to occasionally look up from the 'epic fails' YouTube video he's watching while the students are testing. This will allow him to see the odd and out of place movements a cheating child makes because they think they're slick
